SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--Vestas announces the appointment of Anders Brohm as the new General Manager for South Korea and Vice President for Asia Pacific Offshore Sales, further solidifying our commitment to South Korea and the broader APAC region.
In his new role, Anders will focus on expanding our business in South Korea, strengthening the local team, and enhancing relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and the government. Additionally, he will drive sales in key offshore wind markets across the APAC region from our APAC headquarters in Seoul, South Korea, engaging with customers and providing robust support for their project advancement.

Anders stated, “South Korea aims to significantly expand its offshore wind installations in the coming years, with the goals of reducing carbon emissions and achieving energy security. While there are still challenges for the industry to mature, we look forward to collaborating with customers, industry stakeholders, and the government to accelerate the introduction of offshore wind and facilitate a smooth transition of Korea’s energy landscape.”
