Citi Private Bank Scores Top Ranking in Korea in the 2011 Asiamoney Private Bank Poll

SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--Citi Private Bank was voted the best private bank in Korea in the 2011 Asiamoney Private Banking poll. This is Citi Private Bank’s two consecutive winning since 2010. The poll, which seeks responses from high net worth individuals (HNWIs) in Korea, also bestowed high marks for Citi Private Bank in various aspects of wealth management.

Asiamoney is an influential regional financial publication based in Hong Kong and started its annual private banking poll in 2005 to select the best private bank in Asia. The poll is meaningful because it obtains direct participation of clients who actually use private banking services. Particularly this year, the poll recorded 2,802 votes which is the largest ever by Asiamoney.

Respondents of the poll were asked to provide their picks in various areas of wealth management including, “Quality of advice”, “Quality and diversity of products”, “Client relationship management and servicing.” Citi Private Bank was picked as most preferred private bank across all categories.
