Porsche Carrera Challenge Corea 2011
SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--Stuttgart Sports Cars Ltd., the official Porsche importer in Korea, held the 2011 Carrera Challenge Corea on October 2nd, 2011 in Pyeongchang, Gangwon Province, the site of the 2018 Winter Olympics. More than 50 Porsche cars and 110 guests participated in the third annual event to promote safe and fun driving experience.
The participants of the 2011 Carrera Challenge Corea, in 7 teams, spent the day driving over a distance of 120km of the scenic alpine area of Pyeongchang and visiting heritage sites and various points of interest within the region. The event promotes safe driving enjoyment while participants discover the local region and visting heritage sites within the Pyeongchang and Gangwon Province with their Porsche. Participants were very enthusiastic about the photo contest, in hope to be the winner this year. The team submitting the best pictures of the day was declared the winner. This year’s event was sponsored by Cartier, Coca-Cola, Kärcher and Schick.
