SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--Stuttgart Sports Cars Ltd. (SSCL), the official Porsche Importer in Korea invites all Porsche customers to the Porsche Winter Service Clinic, which will be held from November 7th to December 2nd 2011 at all authorized Porsche Service Centres in Korea.

As winter is approaching, Porsche recommends checking all safety-related and important parts and components from the engine, suspension, brakes, underbody, lights, tires, and other equipments. The Winter Service Clinic offers a complimentary car diagnosis using PIWIS (Porsche Integrated Workshop Information System) diagnostic tester for a detailed and high-quality inspection of Porsche vehicles. In addition, customers will receive complimentary supplement of Sonax washer fluid during the Winter Service Clinic period. Furthermore, customers are eligible to take advantage of the cost savings on Porsche Genuine Parts and applicable labor towards the Winter Service Clinic.

Porsche is also offering winter tire promotion from now until December 31, 2011. Performance tire tread designs and compounds are engineered to provide high performance under dry summer weather conditions. However, when temperature drops to 7°C, the material of summer tires starts to harden. The consequence is less traction and longer braking distance. Therefore, Porsche highly recommends using the approved winter tires that meet all Porsche specification. Crucially, the braking distance is shorter using the winter tire, compared to summer tires and all-season tires. Customers can drive a Porsche with safe and pleasurable driving experience under slush, snow and ice conditions of winter.
