SAMILAUTO Co., Ltd., acquiring CE by ‘pneumatic actuator’

SIHEUNG--(Korea Newswire)--SAMILAUTO Co., Ltd., (CEO Rho chang hwan, www.kosaplus.com) a company specialized in industrial goods, said that it acquired the European Union’s CE certification by pneumatic actuator on August 14, 2012.

CE (Conformité Européenne), which is the international safety certification, is being used in the 21 European countries including Germany and the UK and also in the European Union’s associate member countries such as Switzerland, Norway, etc.

The product certified for CE is pneumatic actuator of KOSAPLUS(KOSA+) brand produced by SAMILAUTO Co., Ltd., which is the valve accessory to open and close quarter turn valve automatically using air.

It has a rapid response time to quarter turn valve such as ball valve and butterfly valve, and it has an excellent safety and ease of maintenance. It has the largest range among the single products of pneumatic actuator in the domestic market since a new A250 model came out recently. Thus, it can open and close up to 1/2“~12” for ball valve and 1-1/2“~24” for butterfly valve. A300, which can open and close up to 14” for ball valve and 30” for butterfly valve, is being developed.

Particularly, it meets users’ needs since both of rack pinion type that is compact and light and scotch yoke that has a strong output due to a large torque are being manufactured across all sizes.

In addition, it is convenient to assemble accessories such as valve, limit switch box, solenoid valve, etc. since it is made in accordance with the international standards such as NAMUR, ISO, etc. And it is possible to adjust opening and closing of valve by +5˚ -10˚ at the same time and option by more than -45˚ using the part to adjust opening angle located in the center of the actuator
