BOSUNGMEDITECH will participate in GMES 2012 to introduce SafeLan series

The exhibition to be held at the Wonju National Sports Center from September 20 to 22 will feature about 50 companies with 100 booths; there will be also a variety of ancillary events such as business meetings for exports with foreign buyers and conferences for medical equipment.

BOSUNGMEDITECH which participates in the GMES exhibition for the third time, will introduce the SafeLan series that consists of SafeLan Pro, SafeLan and SafeLan Auto.

First, SafeLan Pro, a blood collection device, can prevent the risk of secondary infection in advance through a function to prevent reuse of lancet that has been used once. Moreover, it offers convenience of fastening and separation of lancet.

SafeLan, a blood collection needle, makes it possible to do more accurate blood collection without getting a scratch like torn skin since there is no vibration when collecting blood.

Last, SafLan Auto, unlike the blood-depleting device commonly used in oriental hospitals, is a wireless electric power type device using lipo battery, which improves convenience of the operator and reduces the patient’s pain by incorporating the features such as depth adjustment and selection of single or multiple shots.

SafeLan series has a good reputation in the overseas buyers and domestic medical personnel with these advantages. And it acquired the approval of CE of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and ISO 13485 in November last year.

In addition, the company is in talks with BD(Becton Dickinson), a global medical company, for the sale of SafeLan series in order to capture the global markets in earnest, including the United States and China. And the company is also under process of making a patent application.
