
Citibank Korea launches ‘Next Generation Corporate Internet Banking Service’
SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--Citibank Korea will launch its Next Generation Corporate Internet Banking Service on March 3rd. The new corporate banking service has been substantially revised compared to the current internet banking service.
Menus on the new corporate internet banking website have been reorganized so that clients can use the service easily. To enhance user experience, five functions which are the most frequently used are displayed on the first screen with simple and intuitive icons.
The service provides fund transfer services of various types to meet clients’ needs for different transaction types. It also increases the convenience of clients by supporting several payment types for taxes and utility bills. In addition, the service has enhanced authorization configuration to accommodate increasingly diverse approval structure of clients. User entitlements can be subdivided and managed more easily and authorization flow can consist of up to 9 levels.
In order to provide better and flexible security solutions, the service supports personal firewall, mouse input method and watermark functions for certificates issued on the internet to prevent fraud and enables clients to use the internet banking service in a more secure environment. Moreover, as the service supports various internet browsers, clients who use Safari, Chrome, and Firefox as well as Internet Explorer can use internet banking conveniently.
