i-SENS, selected for ‘World Class 300’

SEOUL--(Korea Newswire)--Biomedical device specialized company i-SENS(Representative Geun Sig Cha) has been selected as one of the ‘World Class 300’ companies, reported on May 9th.

‘World Class 300’ selects small and medium sized businesses with growth potential capabilities and the goal is to develop 300 worldwide companies by 2020. Starting from 30 companies in 2011 and 37 companies in 2012, additional of 33 companies were selected this year. Those selected companies will be receiving intensive support from various institutions.

Through this selection, i-SENS will be receiving maximum of 75 billion KRW for 5 years from KOTRA, Korean Evaluation Institute of Industry and Technology, Korea EXIM Bank, Korea Research Council for Industrial Science and Technology, and 17 other supporting agencies for research and development.

In addition to this, i-SENS will benefit from overseas expansion, technology development, human resources, finance, management, and other custom packages.
