Zia Chishti Resigns from All Roles at TRG and its Affiliates Effective Immediately

HAMILTON, BERMUDA--(Business Wire / Korea Newswire)--The Boards of Directors of TRG Pakistan Ltd. (TRGP) and The Resource Group International Limited (TRGI) announce that Zia Chishti has resigned from all his roles at TRG and its affiliates, including as the CEO and a Director of TRGP, and as the Chairman and a Director of TRGI, effective immediately.

This follows Mr. Chishti’s resignation on November 18 as the CEO, Chairman, and a Director of Afiniti, Ltd. TRGI is a shareholder of Afiniti.
